Farm to table cooking class

On Christmas day, my mom, sister Annie, aunt Barbara and I went to organic farm, Los Tamarindos outside of Cabo for a farm to table cooking class (While the boys went golfing). Chef Enrique Silva took us on a tour of his organic farm and then walked us through the steps of 4 dishes using all ingredients from the farm.
